BUILDING A STRONGER FUTURE FOR THE GORDON JCC.
The Gordon JCC Strategic Plan is a roadmap for how we will strengthen community, expand opportunities, and create a more welcoming and engaging experience for generations to come. Developed through community feedback, research, and collaboration, this vision focuses on enhancing programs, modernizing spaces, increasing accessibility, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the JCC as a hub for Jewish life in Nashville.
Our Strategic Priorities
Our strategic plan focusses on four key areas that will guide the future of the Gordon JCC.

Enable community members to connect by investing in social spaces
Enhance the member experience and support program needs by refreshing existing spaces, adding amenities, and adding new spaces where needed
